Its easy.
Just go to site
http://www.megaupload.com

see screenshot.
1. Click here and choose file to send
2. Enter description. This is what a downloader will see.
3. Tick box.
4. Click send and wait for upload to end.
A link to this is then displayed for you to copy and paste.
I click on link to check, then copy the address shown in the address bar of the new tab that opens.

i use rapidshare as my upload speed is 2x faster than most others. tried megaupload, megashare, etc. uploaded 5gig of vids in the last few weeks. so speed is important.

It might be better for you, but I find the download speed is much worse for rapidshare than for megaupload. I rarely download anything from rapidshare since it takes too long.

I'm the same mate, Megaupload works the best for me, uploading and downloading has always been quicker.

is there any where where u can do multipul uploads then?

If you set up a free account with megaupload, you can use the multi file uploader. You can upload ten files with it, saying that, it gets really slow if you do more than about five or six. Hope that's some help mate
