At first I thought gagging was part of her act that she put on, but seen her do it alot and now not sure. Maybe the lady herself can confirm?

I think its sometimes an act but in this vid I think she does truly gag once or twice - indicated by her whole body lurching at the same time as pulling exactly the sort of face that gets pulled when gagging - and also the amount of saliva that then runs down her hand.
