Like has been said, you cant improve on perfection. If getting implants isnt for your own self confidence issues (as has probs been the case with others) then dont do it. Truth is blokes who don't like them are bloody vocal about boob jobs, I don't buy for a second that there nearly as unpopular as some would have you believe. Chicks like Tiffany, Darly and Holly James have great tits and I doubt it did anything to hinder their popularity.

That said, doing it for any other reason than you want to do it is a bad idea. Seems way too extreme a thing to do for a career and it's clearly not needed as y'all are clearly very popular and so are the other natural girls. Plus variety is the spice of life.
