I more-or-less was. I think this thread becoming a sort of outlet for the addressing of side issues and the venting of sub-gripes is inevitable in a way.

That's a shame, not what I intended

I was hoping for a dry, cogent, insightful discussion about the whys-and-wherefores. I thought someone might be able to address the question of where the cuckold fits into today's scheme of things; what his wider function in the world might be. To what extent does cuckoldedness lead to friable psychological states? What part does dissociation play in a cuckold's day-to-day existence? Those sorts of issues.

I can only give my point of view but it probably would be of more interest if more cuckolds gave their insight into it
