I would love to have been the neighbour to the Elite TV house the first night it went on air. Can you just imagine going for a midnight pee and looking out of the bathroom window into the alleyway.

Maybe it was just that corset restricting her movement. I wasn't having a pop at Michelle just making an observation at how much more Vikki seems to change positions.

Elite is an it, whereas PrimeTime TV would be the organization (or "them") behind the it. If Elite is to be regarded as an organization (or "them") then "don't" is correct, but it isn't, so "doesn't" is the correct usage.
