Where did I say anything about NATO not having anything to do with security (a ridiculous statement) or anything at all about the UN... I forgot that you make the same vast assumptions about others that you are quick to accuse fellow posters of making about yourself.
Good God not another incapable of reading Sighs
Were did I say you didn't or did say anything about NATO? Peoples claim, you included, is the EU is absolutely crutial to the stability of Europe to prevent further wars; that is Nato with UN support. What I put was 'IF YOU THINK' (a rhetorical question); I have no idea what YOU PERSONALLY think hence IF, but it remains a fact that NATO was formed for that purpose.
How can people not read what is there? Seriously I never said anyhting about your NATO views, you just THOUGHT I did.
Quote:Again, I have said zero about removing ourselves from 'the security of Europe' (i.e. more than one organization). I have said that what we are doing with Brexit is destabilising the future of the EU and not helping with its diplomatic mission. No more no less than this.
Explain what you mean by this? in bold YOUR words:
Quote:Dipolmacy is as much a peace keeping force as anything else in any case. Why look to remove ourselves from one of the major pillars of that if we are so concerned with what was fought for?
Quote:You do yourself no credit by using a tactic from the tabloids in exaggerating other people's arguments into something they didn't actually say in order to try and mock them. It is a schoolboy approach to debate.
I have never read a tabloid in my life, so I'll have to take your word on their tactics; however, I would point you to my responcecs above.
Quote:Lastly, if you would like to see the EU fail entirely then I think it would be helpful if you said so. Your overall tone on here suggests it but this could do with clarifying I feel.
Please don't put words in my mouth. Where did I say anything about wanting the EU to fail entirely? using a tactic from the tabloids to exaggerate other peoples arguments is .........
I have lived my entire life IN the EU, it was something that never even entered my head and didn't affect my personal life whatsoever; MAYBE just MAYBE this is why I have had the greatest of difficuties decided between somehting that COULD be good for brittain but nobody knows or the scarmongering hogwash that the remain and and continue to throw about.
I will also say, and I don't blame you in your forgot this, you don't seem to be able to read what's inf front of you, that I'm not a political animal, I have voted probbaly 3 or 4 times in my entire life and know jack shit about the EU, what I said about the vote in the referendum that IF and only IF I saw a clear benefit to the UK I would vote in, if not I would return to my apolitical stance and not vote - I didn't vote
Any how, what I came on here to say was, I find it quite ominous this Farage has resigned, no idea in what way, but it seems odd.
