Are caps from 3G allowed?

I was planning on doing 3G but my pc has issues with screen recorders

lol mines £20 cos its the 3 month thing as well as the monthly one back. its been an hour and its not done it!!!!!!!!!! got a screen recorder ready, webcam ready, i'm ready and i can see she's free at the mo, but wating for O2 to text the credit........... ((((
