Between the rainy day announcement, D-Day gate, and now being slapped on the wrist for lying about Labour’s “2000 pound” tax increase, we may be seeing a masterful new campaign strategy.

It’s all so inept and shambolic that I almost feel sorry for him and am tempted to give him a pity vote!

I think had they gone with Penny instead of Rishi, I think we probably would have ended up with a PM with a far more positive outlook on issues, to be honest If she had been in place instead of Truss things might have been different.

The mind boggles as to the thought procesd that went through this

How did he think this was a good idea ?

How do this chime with a campaign that is specifically targeted towards over 65s ?

How could this not be seen as anything other than a massive own goal ?

Apparently, the Conservatives have failed to field candidates in every constituency in the country. In one constituency there will be no Conservative candidate, that constituency is Rotherham.
