What are you asking?

I don't suppose Ofcom (or anyone else for that matter) has a rule which says the presenters have to wear underwear.

They will, most definitely however, have a rule which says they can't display the fact.

Yeah I can confirm she definitely wasn’t knickerless - they were from Victorias Secrets and very nice too.
