Of course Elite do- it's sensible business. But Danica doesn't acknowledge working for them.

And as much as I have very fond (indelible) memories for Danica styling her hair that way, when she first made her mark on our collective babechannel watching memories, I think that superblonde hairstyle is way too 70s glam or something for a contemporary look. Izzat just me?

If not why do you expect her to constantly acknowledge them...I dont feel obliged to keep on about my my former employers as i have moved on with my life, as have they..

Im sure its the same with Danica..she's probably just fed up of everyone tweeting or FB'ing about her elite glory days when she wants to just write a new chapter!

I'm not expecting Danica to sing the praises of Elite from the rooftops 24-7, or even feel the need to talk about them, but when she details her career, and everyone she has worked for (as someone mentioned several months ago- possibly sourced from her website) and doesn't even mention Elite, THAT seems disrespectful.

It comes across to me that Elite and the babe channels in general are a chapter in Danica's life that she wants to forget .

I don't think it's a fair point and I don't see how Danica leaving Elite off that page equates to her being in any way ashamed of it!

Looking at Danica's 'about me' it just reads to me like a streamlining of her history toward a desired next stage, which is no different to anyone streamlining their CV.
If I'd worked for 5 years as a dogwalker while working towards to be an accountant (for example), would I be including a breakdown of my favourite dogwalking experiences when applying to join KPMG?

No, but it wouldn't mean I hadn't loved my dogwalking glory years, it would just mean I was delivering a history tailored to what KPMG were expecting to see.

Actually they probably would want a breakdown of what you were doing in that 5 year period regardless of whether it related to
the job you were applying for or not! What you would probably be expected to do is to be able to take things you learnt from aspects of
your "dogwalking glory years" and apply them to the role you are applying for.

I agree it reads like a cv and a somewhat tailored one but in this case she misses out several years of her modelling career
and i would say in terms of her fanbase building , quite an important one!
