Technically Paige is not a newcomer, as she was included in last year's competition, albeit after only 3/4 shows on nights. And she landed a tough group which included Lolly Badcock and the "other" Paige, so unsurprisingly she didn't make the knockout stages.
Skate's post was presumably in jest but there are some interesting points. As I mentioned this morning, Paige's shifts are almost always midweek, yet she still finished above fellow Elite girls like Ashley, Charlie and Adele, who have all been around for longer and are on more often. But of course you can't factor all that into the results, or you'd need a degree in advanced maths to be able to understand the vote

Although I didn't vote for Paige, I know she is quite popular on here and expected to see her name in the top 16.

Not a chance unfortunately. My own first choice was also a Storm girl, but I knew that neither her nor anyone else from Storm would get through. It was just a case of being realistic.

Aww Sooky, I think the attitude is pretty good on this babe poll. Mostly sporting fun but people find all sorts of details endlessly interesting.

I thought there would be some close battles for votes, but it is going to be such a walk over for most of the models like Caty Cole, Paige Tyler, Dannii Harwood, Sophia Knight, Lilly Roma, Amanda Rendall, Alice Goodwin and Tiffany Chambers.

I would love to see Sophia Lares, Lolly BadcocK, Fernanda, Dionne Daniels and Daryl Morgan to get through to the next round.

I think the only model that should get a seeded draw is Georgie, as she won last year. So she always goes up against the lowest seeded model in each round up to the semi finals. Everyone else go into a hat and get picked at random.

Any way, it just a bit of fun, so it doesn't matter, maybe next year we could do it more at random? If it ends up being the No.1 seeded Model vs the No.2 seeded Model in the final, maybe some more randomness would be helpful?
