So true. When the stream wasn't having issues, Sophia was happily taking calls, but once the stream started having problems the lack of callers was obvious. Can't fault Sophia, it's just frustrating that once again their bloomin' stream is so inconsistent.

I only saw her for a few minutes when I woke up early this morning, but she was the best I've seen of her.
