"winsaw" please check the correct post made by Dannii that i was referring to (original post) when i saw your sarcastic comment about the hours the RLC girls work , you have quoted the wrong post , i have quoted the correct one in this post and thread yet again just to highlight what my original post on this subject was based around , ie long hours , Ofcom stuff , freeview stuff and Dannii being tired and bruised after working long hours at RLC and saying she was angry after reading posts in her thread .
I keep getting accused of not reading what Dannii said in her post , it's both you and Rammy that keep quoting the wrong post to what i'm referring to.
I made my original post that keeps getting quoted and discussed after reading her first post on the matter and not after the one you quoted , so my original post that you quoted about the lack of breaks was relevant at the time i made it , she hadn't said at the time i made my post that it was her decision to only have two 15 min breaks for her entire shift . I have seen what she say's in a later post and have thanked the post and for me the matter was closed .
Every thing else i have posted on this matter since her original post is just to reply to people making comments and quoting my post and saying i have not read Dannii's post correctly . I say again the post you have quoted of Dannii's was made by Dannii after i made my post and was not the one i was referring to in my original post .
To let you into a little secret one of the reasons i quoted Dannii's post in this thread and said what i did about the long hours the RLC girls work was because i saw the guys that were posting stuff about Dannii in her thread and also after seeing posts about Levi's long shifts in the freeview thread were the freeviewers who seemed to be a little pissed off at how RLC/Playboy are doing things , ie the same girl doing long shifts and more or less being on all night long on the same channel with very little variety , so thought someone from RLC would see my post and see some girls were ending up tired and bruised because of the long hours and had also been getting a bit of flack because of the long hours and a few other things , so thought if possible RLC could address a few things and give the girls shorter shifts to keep them fresh and give the freeview guys more variety , there is always a method in my madness .

I think to many people here just look for trouble. All the people at red enjoy working together there is a good vibe coming through. A lot of the ladies have been working together for a few years now so to suggest that people are not treated properly is simply mischief making.

Would you describe taking away most of a girl's shifts for having her first sick day of the year as being "treated properly"? Some of the comments posted by former RLC workers when said girl posted on Facebook about this were very enlightening.

When people leave were they worked its natural to be negative. I won't speculate who is right or wrong as it would not be correct to do so.

Glad to hear that and it does come across. To be fair, clearly Mr Mystery was concerned about the small breaks, and must say I noticed it too a few times. Take your breaks girls, you way deserve it.

It was Rebecca-Jade; someone who covers a lot of shifts for them and is one of their best performers, which says a lot. Comments included "See somethings never change" from Morgan James and "oh the punishment scheme at red light was always the best!" from Donna Duke.

Some of the ladies did not like the travel as they were based in london its easier to find work in any capital city. But there is a core of ladies who have been working together now for a few years with bang and now red. Of course some people leave they move to a rival then bitch nothing new camou that is there?
