Quite a hard question really. I've just looked through S66's mugshots and tried to pick out some beauties and found it hard. I'll bet that really 90% are amazing but the context makes a difference. If she's smiling, at you, the other side of the dinner table then I'll bet any girl's got a pretty face.
Another thing is the sexy look, sometimes I see them trying it and it looks like more of a grimace.
There's also the effect of age.
