The Recruit 8/10 Brilliant film starring Al Pacino and Colin Farrell in an espionage thriller centred around the CIA training centre. Predictable ending but thats not always a sin.

adam sandler stars in a rare serious role as a widower struggling to move on from the death of his wife and daughters in the 9/11 attacks.not a bad film and was good to see adam sandler in a different light.

The Woman In Black 7/10

Currently watching the harry hill movie funniest british comedy ive seen in ages reminds me a lot of his channel 4 show of the 90's as in totally mental well had to be with a cast of him Julie walters as his nan and matt lucas as his evil twin otto who wants to kidnap his pet ABU Hamster

like the fact he has made blackpool look good in it

The Hobbit: Smaug gets upset or whatever it's called. 9/10 Thoroughly enjoyed this. The characterisation of Smaug is simply superb. The only slight issue I have is when I see the dwarves on the run from orcs I struggle to get The Time Bandits out of my head

Captain America 2: The Winter Soldier - 8/10 - I thought this was good, I enjoyed the 1st one so I'd say this is on par with that. There's just 2 things that bugged me about the film, first, yet again when shit's going crazy and technically the world is being threatened why is Cap and Black Widow dealing with it on their own and the other Avengers are merely mentioned (twice I think). I'll try and be spoiler free but if you've seen the film you know what I mean, when you need friends surely the other Avengers would be the first call you make. Second, the whole Winter Soldier thing was a bit of a waste for me, he was rarely in the film (not enough to basically have the film named after him) and when he was he just came off as a sulky-Jared-Leto-EMO-teenage-angst character, really annoying. Other than that it was great and nice to see they haven't given up on ScarJo's Booty Cam lol!
