But i enjoyed this episode
I Still think these arrowverse shows would be better with less episodes 22-23 are too many cut them down to 10 -13
I doubt game of thrones would be as good as it is if it had 22 episode a season

Game Of Thrones is one of those series that suits the 10 episodes a season but with 6 episodes left to go before it finishes, there's still a lot of story left to cram into 6 episodes! Would've liked a 10 episode finish to the whole show but we'll see. I'm excited either way as Thrones is as good as anything I've ever seen as a TV series goes.

The only reason why shows Game of Thrones has a smaller season isn’t because of the story but it’s high production they do the show. HBO have much bigger budget and production then most of other networks but it means smaller seasons. A while ago I spoke to one of actors off Westworld again HBO he said there seasons are smaller because of high production of the show and it’s why it takes so long to do and why you don’t see a lot of the other parks in the show at the same time and HBO still want to trim the budget. CW is a much smaller network and shows have a longer seasons because it’s easier to syndicate and make more money that’s why they go on breaks throughout the year and then they repeat the Eps again it’s all about money. Netflix does the same thing higher production shorter seasons hence why the Netflix Marvel shows are shorter, Iron Fist season 2 got a shorter season because they cut back and it’s partly the reason why Iron Fist and Luke Cage are gone. There’s a Youtuber called Emergency Awesome that explains better then what I did. Legends of Tomorrow has a bigger budget then other DC shows but has shorter seasons, the first season was way shorter and when it became popular they extended the next seasons but it’s still shorter then let’s say Arrow.

Yeah game of thrones has a budget of 1 million an episode....for me I can't really last 22 episides for so many shows i really think arrow would benefit from less episodes its like they drag the show out with filler episodes like smallville did
Also i think its one of the reasons the walking dead has gone to shit back when it started it had 7 episodes then 13 and for the past 4 seasons 16...its just too many plus when they start doing extra long ones...omg

As said the shows are syndicatd that’s why there that long so they make more money so networks buy the shows in blocks this explains it better:

I know that kal-el, most shows are that long to just to pad the schedules out for 6 months shows on the cw last forever even with less than a million viewers supernatural has been on 13 season lol
The point i was trying to make is that tv shows with less episodes are usually better in story telling and overall quality
Im not talking about budget just in terms of story and in my opinion arrow would be a better show if it was shorter

The reason why a lot of shows have filler Eps is they cut back costs the Star Trek did this a lot especially the modern shows, at one point the Star Trek Enterprise pilot was the highest costing pilot of all the franchise then later in season 1 they did eps in single room like in cargo deck or a alien prison to save money you can tell in Season 1 where there budget was really thin or remember in season 2 of Neit Gen when Riker goes into a coma the entire Ep so get him out of it he has remember his memories so there’s loads of flashbacks all simply to save on budget. You can tell the good Star Trek Eps from the bad ones lol. Smallville even to this day is still making them money if they give it to more networks or eventually the DC streaming service even more money in there pockets. At the end of day na lot of shows could possibly do with shorter not just Arrow but as along there using that current system not change.

The walking dead would 100% benefit from it and they could cut back on episodes as they are on their own channel amc
Last season they had a 1 hour 20 minute episode about 2 minor characters i couldnt believe what i was watching and it was like ep 14 i think...

Also i miss smallville
