This shouldnt be taken lightly, any addiction is an illness and this is no different to someone being addicted to crack cocaine or gambling.
possible ramifications include:

Financial Ruin (the 91k guy or those buying £500 a time shoes)
Personal problems (the guy photoshopping himself in as the husband in a friends wedding photos)
unhealthy attachment to the girls which could lead to stalking, rape or more

I think alot of the problems that can come are mental, but there are also alot of physical issues which may develop

MONEY BANG has hit the nail on the head though with what is needed. We can say "we are old enough" but there is the mental and psychological element where age makes no difference, the shows even in the current state should carry a warning and a foundation needs to be set up for those members who are in an addicted state and people cannot be ashamed of admitting this.
Until measures are in place to protect the girls away from the shows, we do not deserve to see more

Sorry mate but I think you're talking rubbish here. This is the kind of nonsence that Ofcom has been peddling to us now for the last 10 years.

Why don't we deserve to see more. Addiction is something that only a minority of people possess.

So let's ban alcohol or curb the amount you are allowed to drink just incase. This country is officially a nanny state and this mentality has to change.

Censoring babe channels is not the answer and serves no purpose other than to frustrate us consented adults who are getting sick to the back teeth of having to put up with watered down content being passed off as 18+

Ofcom are pure scum, and like all of us we hate Ofcom with a passion, thanks to the bloody Labour Party Ofcom was formed, and in that time they have single handedly nearly destroyed are beloved babe channels, which angers me
When the tories came into power we all thought that a change was coming, this was clearly not true!! So what happens, Ofcom get stronger and stronger and they no it.
When one single entity has to much power they become very dangerous, and this is clearly happening right now In my opinion Ofcom must be destroyed, dismantled, or maybe another regulator can bid to take them over, i really don't give a shit what happens just as long they cease to exist!!
I do believe the good old days will come back albeit Bangbabes has long gone, but as soon as ofcom F**ks off i'm sure the channels will go back how they use to be. LOL i was just thinking to myself, what would happen if UKIP got into power, i'd rather give them ago, they couldn't do much worse
To conclude i do feel change at Ofcom is inevitable Ed Richards wants out, and i do feel the tories might try and do something, what you might ask is the big question? However the Status Quo cannot remain, and i think change is on its way.
Eventually when Ofcom leaves there plush offices on the thames, we will all look at each other and say what was all the fuss and bother all about!! It's a crazy world we live in folks, lets hope the second half of 2013 will be a better year for us all

Try explaining that one to your boss's. Sorry I'm so fucked today but I've been up allnight bashing the bishop. Not to mention the fact that your trouser snake is now swollen and red raw. No no no we don't want that, we want tame and boring shows so that we can all be fully functioning members of society. Infact I say axe the fucking lot of them. Get rid of the 900 section completely or at the very least replace them into 24 hour knitting channels.

Phone in shows on how to make the ideal cardigan's, wooly hats and gloves. Also make sure we also get some cooking shows inplace too. Phone in to get the best recipes. And please do not put on any of those disgusting foul mouthed chefs such as Ramsey and co. We must not frighten the young kids who could still be up at 3am in the morning, even on a school night

I will be starting up a petition very soon into making sure that we as adults have absolutely no rights whosoever and should never ever be put in a position of trust in order to make our own ill informed decisions. We need the good guys at ofcom to keep us all on the straight and narrow. Free from sin and free from addiction

I say give Ofcom even more powers and put the Great back into Britain and clean up all of those TV Channels now. We really ought to be leading the way and showing the rest of Europe that we are far more educated and better than that filthy Johnny Foreigner is
