RE: Wrestlemania 26 Discussion Thread
Orton/HHH main evented last year. Was far from great, they hit their finishers in the first two minutes.
Batista/Cena met each other at Summerslam 2008. Just before Cena had time off due to neck injuries. They had a tag title reign at the same sort of time also.
I'm looking forward to this years Mania, just going to watch my recording of RAW and hope something gets sorted for HHH/Sheamus.

RE: Wrestlemania 26 Discussion Thread
the more i read about WM26 the more i think it's gonna stink. YET AGAIN the established stars face each other instead of young up-and-cummers that will be regularly headlining in 6 or 7 years. the spot fest bonanza that is MITB is bound to reward the wrong guy- i'm tipping christian to win; should be swagger though.
hhh/sheamus looks likely- and there isn't a hope in hells chance that sheamus wins that one, even if he is 'in' with hhh.
edge/jericho will probably be a good match but jericho bores the feck out of me. edge will obviously win.
batista/cena is interesting in that now he's a heel batista really needs the win to help carry momentum into the post WM26 period; i think the 'animal' wins.
orton/dibiase/rhodes has snoozefest written all over it. what it needs is a clean win for either dibiase or rhodes. dibiase to sneak it.
the tag title match sounds naff. why waste the best young heel the company has (miz, who has become an impressive worker as well) in a tag match. the inconsistent morrison will probably score the winning pinfall- unless he turns heel and reforms his old team with miz, which could be interesting.
shawn/taker won't be as good as last years match but has a good storyline going into it with shawn desperate to beat taker. personally i think shawn should go over but knowing wwe are so fond of 'the streak' it probably won't happen (who gives a feck about the poxy streak anyway ?). taker to win.
bret/vince won't be anything more than a short brawl- only one winner, bret.
hopefully they'll make some further announcements re: the hall of fame, 'cause so far it's a poor group. only ted dibiase sr sounds good to me; though stu deserves it as well. hopefully some really deserving talent will go in (the road warriors, stan hansen, the freebirds). we'll see

RE: Wrestlemania 26 Discussion Thread
Looking forward to the money in the bank match as usual - especially since there are 9 wrestlers now in it. Think the Vince/Bret match will be an epic fail, can't see it being anything exciting. The Undertaker vs Shawn Micheals match will be interesting but we all know who's going to win, i don't think they could possibly top last year's match, but nonetheless it should be good! The rest of the matches on the card im not really interested in or looking forward to, there highly predictable and they will drag them out to long and it will become boring...
