I've trying for two days through the App and the Website and it just keeps timing out or saying, "something went wrong, try again later".

Yeah, I had no problems at all. Probably loads of people all trying to get it following the government advice on staying home & only going out for essential journeys only which is causing the Disney+ system to crash. Hope you can get on soon.
