Reanne Evans is out after losing 4-0 to Jack Lisowski. Milkins lost to Aaron Hill. Noppon, Gary Wilson, David Gilbert and Wu Yize were among the winners.

Thepchaiya carried on his good form, making 2 century breaks in beating Jak Jones 5-1. Let's see if he can do the business this time against Tubbs tomorrow.

Gary Wilson beat Aaron Hill, Lisowski lost to Ben Woollaston. Returning to professional snooker from his ban, Chang Bingyu beat David Gilbert 5-3.

5-0 wins for The World Champion and The Rocket. A shock 5-3 defeat for the Ace in the Pack.

Surprised Ronnie won 5-0, I thought Joe O'Connor would be a tough opponent for him. Next up he's got Chang Bingyu, and it could be a tough test for Bingyu who's just got back from the wilderness.

I was a bit confused for a moment because I forgot Zhao Xintong was the World Champion, and thought Kyren was. Kyren did win, but he had to come back from 4-2 down to beat Julian Boiko 5-4.

Sadly Carter and Hawkins both won; and Tubbs thrashed Thepchaiya again

No repeat of last year's heroics from Judd as he crashed out. Mark Williams won though. Maguire and Higgins both lost.

Ronnie came back from 5-2 down to beat Chang Bingyu 6-5, capping it with a 125 break.

Chris Wakelin got his revenge on Zhao Xintong for knockong him out of the World Championship.

Sadly Hawkins and Carter both won.

Excellent recovery from Robertson too against Selby. Some stirring fightbacks in this event so far it must be said.
