RE: channels 912 and 959 are gone from sky

"Ofcom recently introduced new regulations for adult channels and stated that only PartyLand (on Freeview) would be affected because all the others were licensed elsewhere in the EU. It can be looked up on the Ofcom website. The Freeview Bang Media service ADULT TMTV has been affected by this current problem.
A UK channel can be licensed in the Netherlands and most of the adult channels are. The Bang empire like others is not just composed of one company. They use several in different territories for tax and licensing efficiency. So the UK licensed company may source its material from a Dutch company which does the satellite uplink from Dutch studios for example.
I do not know why Bang Media are having trouble broadcasting their channels but I have outlined a possible reason why. If their licence is issued by Ofcom then it can be revoked by Ofcom. If the licence is issued elsewhere then it cannot be revoked directly by Ofcom and other means would be used to shut down their services.
Why do you think that Bang are unable to broadcast on the various EPGs? Hint:- look at their compliance record in the Broadcasting Bulletins. Last week they had an ASA ruling against them for running a post watershed advert at 7.20am on Freeview. Even after the £150,000 fine, Bang Media continued to rack up Broadcasting Code breaches."
Here's a dumb question. If most of the channels are licensed in The Netherlands, then why are most of them under some sort of investigation by Offcom all of the time? I told you it was a stupid question, but if Offcom doesn't hold their license, then why are there still silly censorship issues with them? With Bang Media it makes sense, as Offcom owns that license, but for all of the channels that are licensed in the Netherlands, they are actually more tame. Do Offcom and the Dutch holders come to an agreement on the kind of content? Why is full frontal still considered so evil to view on adult channels, after the watershed, with all of the 18 rating warnings?

If there is any "credit" to be taken for the instructions , then it goes to Mr Williams
If you want a full timeline the first mention of the "hidden channels" was by me in post #53

Mr Williams posted full instructions in post #57

Scottishbloke then posted, on the next page (post #65)

I think you owe Mr Williams an apology.
Mr Williams please accept my sincere and humble apology's, yes I did overstep the mark and I was completely out of order with my accusation and I hope that you hold no hard feelings towards me, this was an over the top exaggeration on my part and feel equally as aggrieved as you do over the current plight of the Bangbabes channels and this type of post was very much out of character for me as I have allways since joining this forum tried to show as much support and respect to the other forum members and hope that these over the top remarks given by me are forgiven by yourself and everybody else on this forum and I will continue to support and look forward to reading any future posts that you do. My humble and sincere apology's Mr Williams.
