To be fair if it was live on the BBC I doubt ITV News reporters or indeed Euro 2016 presenters would promote that fact. They would more than likely just say watch the highlights on ITV at such and such a time.
The BBC have the right to alert people to their highlights packages just as ITV do as well as alerting folk to the fact that it is on Radio 5 Live.

sometime ii wish it was on both but rather much I have to admit that I like the red button option and have radio 5 commentary on the TV as at times I think radio commentary is good.
