Finally got done with episode 9 Quite enjoyed that, don't know whether the long gap made me keener for it. Some bits could have been better, but it's still watchable

The finale was weak and a disappointment.

Managed to clear eps 10 AND 11

The former is a bit meh, Winn's father was a bit of a lousy threat, and the resolution was a bit sloppy (Kara basically lets the guy set his bombs off; then when she confronts him, we cut to the dull Lucy/Jimmy stuff instead).

The latter suffers from what I consider the usual flaw with American very long series, that characters can be intensely motivated one week and then totally absent the next. Given the whole stuff with Max Lord in #10, his non-appearance in #11 feels a bit daft, especially since Senator Crane would presumably be someone Lord would be in sympathy, if not cahoots, with. The increasing use of shape-shifters is not a good sign, either.

there is one scene in the finale that is really bugging.

also could have done with a fight scene like the season 9 finale of smallville.

Heres the current update with season 2 of Supergirl, all tho the viewing figures are still good its lost then half its viewing and the only time the viewing figures went up was during the crossover with the flash. Currently CBS and Warner Bros are currently in talks especially over the budget of the show which needs to be cut but have two weeks to sort it, there are rumours that the show could move to CW.
