I'm sorry but, the way that reads, you haven't done Kev any favours here.

The "THATCHER DEAD" thread on this forum offers clear evidence that many chose to blame their own social and emotional inadequacies on the establishment, rather than take control of their own lives.
The key word here is "choose". That's the second time you've referred to the Thatcher thread. On there I see alot of people passing an opinion on a politician who affected the lives of everyone in the country at the time, some for the better, some for the worse. It's called freedom of speech. Which of those members who commented do you consider to be socially and emotionally inadequate?

I totally agree. However people in that category tend to be that way most of their adult lives. Is there any evidence Kev has had previous problems?
It's a chicken and egg situation - did Kev run up a £91k phone bill because he has mental health issues or does he have mental health issues because he ran up a £91k phone bill?
There's a subtle difference.

On reflection I agree, I shouldn't have taken that person spinning conspiracy theories seriously.

If I go naming names then it is inevitable the post will be deleted.

I think there were issues prior to picking up the phone, loneliness, depression, sadness, it would seem the calls provided a brief (expensive) cure. And that momentary relief was craved for 20 plus hours a day in those two months, with no thought of the ultimate consequences.
At least he is on the road to recovery now.
