Sadly I don't think Lacey is on tonight. Hope her erratic attendance does not cause her to leave the industry altogether. I was looking forward to her returning and becoming a regular

Performers with babies have a hard time finding someone they can trust to watch newly borns overnight.

Babestation are running a business, so can't really show unlimited patience. This is the 3rd time now and if I've understood what I've read in other threads correctly Lacey's cancellation was at short notice and they had to take Beth off BSX to cover, meaning that BSX couldn't continue with its advertised show.

No we don't.

And nor should the channel's bosses.

In any form of work, if you accept a booking, it's then your responsibility to clear a path through any other aspects of your life so that you can turn up and complete that booking.

If those other aspects can't be overcome, don't accept the booking in the first place.

Going home a third of the way into one shift and then soon afterwards being a last-minute cry-off that wrecks another part of the channel's output doesn't deserve any sympathy at all.

Babestation's given the impression of being a much happier workplace in recent months compared to various other channels which ought to make the bosses even keener to avoid one unreliable performer disrupting that good atmosphere.

Her no-show tonight has denied another more reliable performer a night's income because the roster's easily big enough at the moment to find a replacement with a reasonable bit of notice.

Let Lacey go and be unreliable elsewhere rather than keep advertising what prove to be failed comebacks.

Lacey is on the schedule again today, I really hope she does turn up as she is my favourite but I wont get my hopes up

I said in the Who's on tonight thread maybe the schedule was wrong. When Caty Cole rejoined BS she said she would be mostly doing Thursdays and Saturdays. It's all too much speculation when it comes to Lacey atm.

Caty is on tonight so she probably filled in for Lacey last night, anyway maybe it will be 5th time lucky next time, that's if she has a 5th chance that is
