They have never been allowed to take Web calls while on TV or, for that matter, while they are on a phone call. It’s not allowed at babestation either.

It is just being enforced a little more now.

Since when? I know someone who only calls the 0330 number.

Oh I thought you meant web calls as in ‘cams’. They aren’t supposed to go off-screen while they are on TV or on a phone call.

If you mean calls from the web number, then that’s news to me.

But I get the reason why. The calls come through to different phones. If a guy calls through the TV number while the girl is on the web phone, then he either gets disconnected, listens to the menu on endless repeat, or the phone is answered, but the girl doesn’t speak to him — cuz she’s busy on the other phone. Either way, the channel is effectively advertising a service on TV that it is patently not providing, which means it is breaking the law.

When was the last time S66 was reduced to the promo vid for much of the day - up to this point?? : lamentable!! Such a shame perving has taken over!!

What is their raison d'etre though Rammy?? If they are making enough money at the backstage 'kindergarten' where the children get all a lather at the sight of a pussy. then make a firm decision that this is the direction they are going down, and be done with it!! S66 has been like this for days now, so must be changing policy, otherwise there is a major issue with bringing the studio feed to air. BS maybe headed down the same road?? Where does that leave the daytime girls who don't go in for this explicit extreme content - like many of us who don't either??

Some really good talent (in both senses of the word) will be sacrificed from both channels!! One would have thought that it would leave room for Xpanded, or even new channels with a different approach for a different market, to thrive

^You could be right Hornball - maybe someone new wil probably exploit the gap for all of us who aren't into extreme content.
The problem with that it is going to take someone with very deep pockets and a good new fresh approach to things to break new ground.
Whether Xpanded will lead the fightback remains to be seen.

But I do wonder both BS & S66 continue to pursue the path they are headed down I actually if one or both are more than likely to commit suicide and leave XP as the only channel left standing. Only time will tell.

Once the channels adopted a non-regulated platform (the net) as their main source of income, the TV feed's days were numbered - as unfortunately were the days of babes who don't do content above TV levels. When you allow the unfettered market to dominate, the drift towards harder content was always going to be inevitable as demand will dictate the shows' general content. Mainstream customer demand (the majority...) will always want harder content as the general feature; so...

Ofcom's regs created the shows as we came to know them. Remove the regs and the shows were never going to be able to hold out indefinitely as they were. Change was always going to be gradual but unfortunately, also, inevitable and irreversible (unless new regs come in online - not an impossible occurrence by any means).

I actually thought that Xpanded would have benefitted before now. Unfortunately it seem the opposite is true!! Doesn't seem like Xpanded is moving ahead at all with night shows now taking add breaks when only one turns up. together with losing 'talent' and seemingly being incapable of attracting/retaining any!!
