RE: Fights ETC
What is Copyright?
Copyright gives the creators of certain kinds of material rights to control ways their material can be used. These rights start as soon as the material is recorded in writing or in any other way. There is no official registration system. The rights cover:
* copying;
* adapting;
* distributing;
* communicating to the public by electronic transmission (including by broadcasting and in an on demand service);
* renting or lending copies to the public; and,
* performing in public
In many cases, the author will also have the right to be identified on their works and to object if their work is distorted or mutilated.
If someone takes something from the net that is copywrited but keeps it to themselves then its not an issue, however, if someone then makes it public it becomes one, for example, taking an image from Google and posting it on a forum is not going to get you into trouble since it came from a public domain in the first place, but taking vids or pics from a site which prohibits public distribution is, even if you paid for that material, it is still the property of the creator, you do not buy the rights to that material, you only buy the right to view it.

Well said. It's exactly the same as the whole downloading of music argument. If you went onto your favourite band's forum and started providing links to download their albums for free then I'm pretty sure they'd have the link removed too. They have to make a living at the end of the day.
It's the same for the girls/companies that have their material posted on here. People seem to forget that. Just because you've paid for it doesn't mean you can start getting all arsey when someone rightly tells you that you shouldn't be distributing it yourself for free.
