So, the cost will be an estimated £2.5M per person by 2030, presumably after advanced orders have been secured on a marked up product and a refinement of the production process has reduced its production cost.

By definition then, the cost per person right now willl be many, many more times the 2030 figure based on a drug which as yet is not even commercially viable. However, you are telling me that you either have the finances to buy it, or that your company will simply hand you milllions and millions of pounds worth of their product.
