It was broadcast on ITV4 last night, i was watching an old episode of Minder when the break came on i saw this advert and thought "Hello thats Sarah from Babestation", so i whacked the Sky+ on record and thankfully it came in the last bunch of adverts so i could cap it. So not sure who owns it. Theres not even any small print to read.
