Registered, but still none the wiser. Gonna need to simplify that I think, because I massively can't be bothered.

Purchased a £10 subscription (now cancelled) on the offchance that things might make more sense - they didn't.

Instead of jamming the thread with glossy photo's, any chance of someone explaining, in plain English, what is and isn't available. Videos were all that I was concerned with anyway. Little idea how to access anything or download, if indeed that's possible. Over-complicated, contrived & generally really poor.

Sorry you are having issues with our site. The site works as follows:-

1) Members Area
2) Online Store

Members Area

Monthly Options are available depending what you want. You get 2 Pic Sets, 2 Videos and 2 Downloads per week during your membership. Additionally, Live Streams and Recorded Live Streams if you take that option.

Content is streamed and downloadable to most devices. You can open the Ebooks up in your phones in Ibooks or a similar reader. Videos and Live streams play on all mobile devices.

Online Store

If you visit our online store you are able to purchase any ebook or video. We have discount coupons up for discount offers so keep an eye out for them.

The products are emailed to you straight after purchase. When you get your email click the download link and the product will open in your device once it has downloaded from our site.
