BS Restrictions

All of the present complaints to Ofcom about the standards of adult tv are generally related to daytime viewing ( S66- 2019 ). Showing arse or touching inappropriately. Scanning through, admittedly quick, I can't see anything on Ofcom's bulletin regarding any complaints or mentions of them with warnings to BS.

These investigations are for various dates, Ofcom didn't put a date, it just said various.
So it wasn't just 1 incident they were/are investigating, it looks like there was a few.

name for the Freeview branch of the Babestation channels I think? or it's what the EPG has on channel 673

Ofcom's Broadcast Bulletin, issue number 500, states that they are launching investigations into Babestation and Smile TV3.

Smile TV3 only broadcasts at night, and only on Freeview, so in the case of Smile TV3, it can only be a night show.
After 12 midnight, it simulcasts with Sky BS broadcasts .

Yeah but if that's the case it shouldn't affect the night shows surely.

That isn't the case, Ofcom are/were investigating the BS/Smile TV night shows.

That wouldn't extend to web show?
