Remembering my password but more than that
I now have the correct video outputs selected for the virgin media tv box instead of it upscaling everything to 4k on the new tv I got a few weeks ago it now just upscales the 576i picture to 576p an I just calibrated 1 of the spare picture presets with babestation and the quality was amazing compared to the 576i getting upscaled to 2160p
U wouldn't believe how disappointed I was when I deleted all the day shows a few weeks back of Tara T and some of the other babestation babe's because the shows were absolutely amazing

For anyone else on virgin media with a 4k tv
In video output only select
2160p & 2160p (passthrough)
1080p (passthrough) only
720p
576p

Don't enable 1080i or 1080p (non passthrough) or 576i
because it will be displayed at that were as now my display shows 576p on sd broadcasts & 2160p on hd broadcasts

I'd just like to say a thank you to the babe's on the show now who are looking really nice while i was calibrating the picture preset to get the best image quality
having noise reduction on medium and smooth gradation on high with 50% sharpness got the best quality - I also have dynamic contrast and dynamic colour on high with warm 2 or 50 out of 50

Id also like to thank babestation and all the day shows babe's too but yeah I'm stoked to be able to get to watch the shows again now I've got it all properly sorted
Will definitely start to set recording both virgin media babestation channels for the day shows again now it's just such a shame I deleted all those great shows I had recorded all last year
