sum great gold medal chances 2day! womens triathlon just started with helen jenkins, a possible 3 chances in the rowing of gold medals, if not gold they shud get a medal of some colour, but i think the womens lightweight double sculls hav a GREAT chance of getting the gold! jess ennis out in front in the heptathlon which i expect her to hold on and then later in the velodrome the team pursuit girls. they looked amazing in qualifying and they shud win gold!

and not forgetting mo running in the 10000 metres 2nite cum on mo!

not a great strat to the day with jenkins being left behind in the triathlon! and jess not having a gud long jump at the minute with chernova jumping alot further! jess still got 2 jumps left!

Astonishing finish to the triathlon, after the 10km final run it went to a photo-finish and the Swiss beat the Swede by ONE INCH!!
