Kind of sad really when we're talking about Joey Barton's stupidity on a day of such drama in the premier league.

Enough about him - how about that finish? Ok, own up - who else thought City had blown it? But Edin Dzeko and Sergio Aguero had other ideas. Fantastic end to a crazy season - so many twists and turns right down to the last kick. I suppose it could only have finished that way to be honest with the way the season's gone.

Well a great season all round, it was full of excitement and drama. I'm delighted how Newcastle did this season, I can't wait to see us in Europe next season

I've just got back from the pub, where they have multiple screens and had both games on. The atmosphere was amazing, with roars and groans coming from both sides as the game chopped and changed. Man City's winner was met with the most astonishing celebrations and the Man Utd fans were gutted, but it stayed friendly, good natured and was exactly what the game should be about.
