I had a go at explaining a bit in this thread (post #19). As I say at the start of that reply though, there's nothing "to get." You probably come out of the womb hot-wired to like tits, arses, feet or whichever part of the female body it is (if you're a straight bloke) you like to focus on. Full on fetishes, involving specialised clothing, props and role-play in contrast, are probably acquired.
