Maybe it’s BS, maybe it’s not. Either way I’m fairly certain we’ll never see her full on topless free to air. BS’s plan is non topless shows and non topless willing babes free to air so you have to cam to even see boobs, aimed mostly at the newbies because the established ones would take a massive hit in call revenue.
