looks like its now going to be Punk v Allin , punk not getting near the world belt to the middle of next year, Punk wants to be a heel it seams
they say Bryan is already being lined up for the IWGP belt

No offence to Darby but what a terrible setup for punk, I'm hoping he squares up against the likes of Black or Andrade

been confirmed that Ruby Riott has signed for AEW shes going to be called Ruby Soho,
good signing i think shes a strong worker and will be a boost to the week womans division

he cant if he wants to be a heel though as is strongly talked about, but i guess the fans will decide if the treat him as a face then they will have to change things,

i also though it was a good show just had time to watch it today ,
the death match was as good as expected Gage gave it everything fair play to Jericho for agreeing to be cut with the pizza cutter, i love a match like that ,
i also really liked the dark order v elite squad match was excellent it was the right result builds Page win up more in the future and the dark order dont need the tag belt as they are so over at the moment,
the biggest news though was that the ace of the universe Hiroshi Tabahashi is now working with AEW OMG that is huge, hes one of the true legends of NJPW and one of the best wrestlers in the world if this dont excite u then u are not a wrestling fan,
the sad bit was seeing Wheeler get a really bad cut on his arm that meant he had to leave the match and we didn't get to see that match after all the build up hope to see it again at some point

lots of AEW news today they have announced the announce team for the new Rampage show Taz, Excalibur, Jericho and Mark Henry, that better line up than the main show gutted Rampage is not on uk tv

I'm sure AEW will get it on uk tv, most likely ITV4 I think in a similar way to Dynamite where Dynamite is live on AEW Hub and then shown on Friday nights on ITV4, so given Rampage is on Fridays in us, think ITV4 will show it on Mondays

Now that would be a good idea to have rampage on itv 4 ie a couple of days after dynamite I wouldn't be surprised if dynamite ends up on itv 1 live in the early hours of Thursday morning by the end of the year

former Impact Knockout Kiera Hogan was backstage at this weeks AEW Dynamite: Homecoming. Interesting to see if Kiera was there to discuss signing with AEW or whether she was there just to spend time with her other half Diamante who is in AEW.

She would be a great addition to the AEW Women's Division

watched aew homecoming show this morning was very enjoyable.

Labours of Jericho: Chris Jericho vs. Juventud Guerrera
i liked this as a Legends match that reminded people like me who saw nitro of many happy memories as i watched them, to be fair it was far from a 5 star match both men had slowed down a lot the match had a rough start with a number of blown moves but the pros they are pulled things together and ended the match well, if you watched WCW you would have liked this if you had only been watching wrestling for the last 5 years you would have thought it a bit shit lol,
the next Labour is Wardlow with MJF as ref that feels a bit of a let down after the first 3 , 6 out of 10

Trios Match: Jon Moxley, Eddie Kingston and Darby Allin vs. 2.0 and Daniel Garcia
this was a fun match it meant nothing and had no story line to it but it was a way of getten the 4 biggest babiefaces on tv and letting one of the best teams on the indie scene be on tv, it was a fun match that made me smile Mox and Eddie loved being in the ring with sting, the match made me smile which was the point 7 out of 10

Christian Cage vs. The Blade
this was a very good match Cage best in AEW yet the Blade is a bit of a star who can have a great match with anyone, lots of good action both looked good at the end, the way the coms team where putting over the way this was Cage 8th win in a row and how it makes him number 1 in the rankings makes me think that Cage with be facing Kenny on the big Labour day show at the end of the month, 8 out of 10

The Elite Beats Down 'Hangman' Page
Hangman has quit the dark order as he feels so bad for letting them down last week, and with out them he was destroyed by the Elite,
so now Page is right down at the bottom again ready to start his build back up to winning the belt at the end of the year,
i guess September will be him getting back with the dark order before he starts to go after the belt by going up the ranking in October

TNT Championship Match: Lee Johnson vs. Miro
classic old school booking the big bad heel comes into town to beat up the popular young babeface its been the staple of wrestling for the last 70 years and it still works today
perfect booking for me Heel gets the dominant start babeface had the crowd popping comeback mid match before the heel gets his win both looked good after this,
i think this is the best i have ever seen Miro 9 out of 10

The Bunny vs. Leyla Hirsch NWA number 1 contender match
a lovely heel v face match Leyla took a great beat down all match before finding the comeback for the hero win i love booking when its simple like that it works perfectly,
sending Leyla to the NWA for a bit is a good use of her as she has no one to fight in aew at the moment , a bit like a prem team loaning out a young star to the championship to get more experience, 7 out of 10
its nice that the Bunny is finally being allowed to show how good she is before AEW started she was the biggest star on the indies that they signed

Malakai Black vs. Cody Rhodes
wow AEW did more for black in 15 mins than wwe did the whole time he was there,
he came out to a super star entrance face mask amazing new black outfit he looked a star from the off,
the Cody took the beating of his life he was made to look like a jobber it was a one sided match as i have ever seen in AEW it left no on in any doubt that Black is a huge star who can beat anyone,
the why he pinned him with one foot on his chest was shocking JR sounded like he was about to lose his shit lol,
no one has been put over like this since Mr Lee, i just hope this time Cody dont get the feud closing win, 10 out of 10

CM Punk will probably appear as a face then turn heel months later you can't have someone who's been out for years appearing as a heel.

I like Punk but having Darby job to him i think it's disgusting an up and comer like that , Darby reminds me of an AEW version of The Undertaker yes i think that highly of him even know he looks like Sting with that face paint which is probably why they are together , he could be the future.
