Discussing them is fine of course, as long as insulting language isn't used, if people don't act like a [mod edit], it's all good.

Couldn't agree with you more waffle snatcher . what a ridiculous and unwarranted thing to say by the above.
GreenMachine is right when they eluded to the fact that her happiness is paramount in relation to her decision she made regarding her boobs but you can't bully people and tell people who don't share your opinion to shut up.
Commenting on a breast augmentation etc and whether you like it or not is not the same as being critical of someone's natural god given appearance in my opinion

I am personally a fan of her look, I wasn't initially, I thought my god what has she done but my opinion changed as they seem to have bedded in a bit now and I am digging the look. When it comes to some of these girls I like the more Bombastic look, it gives a bit of variety and its fantasy for the most part so some exaggerated features on one or two of these gorgeous young ladies is hot in my opinion.

But at the end of the day these girls are Glamour models and in some cases pornstars who are using their looks to make money so its perfectly right that someone can comment on their looks whether its positive or negative as long as latter is not overly derogatory or insulting or in anyway hurtful. You should be able to say you are a fan or not a fan of X or Y for this reason or that reason.

Some people here seem to think you shouldn't say anything critical of these girls whatsoever, but I am sure the same people would have no problem returning a broken item or telling a waiter that the service was bad. Having a cam session or a phone session with certain girls and not others is the same thing, you don't know them personally so the initial reason for calling was purely because of what you saw on the screen and you made a judgement there and then whether you liked what you saw or not.

This girl made a decision for her and I hope she is happy with it, I personally think she is gorgeous, but she knew full well before going under the knife that A. she would be judged on her new look compared to how she looked before and B. that a lot of people would love the new look and a lot of people might not like it.

To me she wastes so much time compared to the other women. Having fun is great, but she nonstop chats and giggles with the crew, and it takes her forever to go nude, which is a very rare thing in of itself.
