I will clarify where I got the 'info' from.

Back in the day of Eurotic/ETV I was part of an 'inner-circle' of guys who had contact with the real owner of the service and some of the production guys - I even met Veni and Georg but after they had left.

The real owner told one of my associates that the German authorities were in negotiation with the channel to take it, and I assume others, off the tv even though Germany could not do that directly due to the Austrian broadcasting licence.

Now, unfortunately, my associate was the type of guy who believed everything that was said to him. He had also met Veni and Georg and they convinced him with stories that Eurotic were closing down several years before they actually did. So this could have been a ruse or excuse for them to discontinue the tv broadcast and just go online.

But, surely, if BS24 really does own a Dutch broadcasting licence would any 'responsible person/contact' still be answerable to the German authorities ?

If they are receivable in Germany: Yes. If that weren´t the case you could open a channel 5 meters behind the border which shows porn on Free TV all day long with no consequences.

I think that can be a reason why they might actually have tried to close down Eurotic: Because they were receivable in Germany but our authorities had no jurisdiction over it.

BTW: I heard they were brodcasting from Hannover (which is in Germany). That would definetly mean that they have a German license.
Samy Fox did a short show on the rooftop of their building in summer and someone claims to have recognised Hannover.

According to their Website the Company is registered in Switzerland.

That doesn´t mean that they are broadcasting from there. I think - like always with Switzerland- this has more to do with taxes.

I even think I have proof that they are not broadcasting from there: Josy Black always said when she was on the show "I came a long way from Switzerland". She is from there.

So that you need Sherlock Holmes to solve even the simple question where they are broadcasting from shows how transparent they are :-D

So all of a sudden they decided to turn it up to the max and show more then ever.

Since 12 o'clock they are borderline Hardcore. They even showed spreaded legs for at least 5 minutes. No oops or accident. The cameramen even zoomed in.

Are they desperate?

Update: They tuned it down a bit since they are broadcasting on 1-2-3.tv. But not much. She is still completely naked.
I love their inconsistencies: They aren't allowed to advertise the Pervcam now but using it like before. This is almost as funny as holding up the tittie time at 11 o'clock but starting the show without a slip.

I think this is a great show. A bit much advertisung for the Pervcam. Samy had to announce it every 10 minutes and they ran their little instruction video 3 times a row every 20 minutes And of course there was this damned blurry cam.

But I think they never showed as much as tonight. What to make of it? Is this the new standard? Is this just one big tease?

This will get the expectations high in the future. If they not deliver then this night might hurt them more than it benefits them. They never will be able to excuse themselves again with any "rules" to not at least be fully naked. And this eventually exposes the last lame shows as a conscious decision by the "Directing Team" .

My remark "Are they desperate ?" was triggered by an experience I had with the first German Babeshow before BS24. This was 2005 or 2006. I don't recall their name. They were very small; just one studio. 3 or 4 girls. They were really soft but one night they were naked and spread their legs; one girl even fingered herself visibly. The next day this show vanished and never appeard again....

There were a few babeshows pre BS24. There was one that I believe broadcast from Mainz but I also forget it's name.

Then there was BT4 which was more of a phone-in competition and get the gal to strip at the pole type of show. Got atleast one recording.

You might even be thinking of TV6 which had an Austrian licence and broadcast out of a 'brothel' in Linz. It went off the air and made a comeback for all of one night. That they ran hardcore FTA (probably an error on their part) FTA in the following day could have had something to do with its demise.

As for last night I had to pinch myself as to what I was viewing. Can not add any more to what has already been written.

This show from a brothel in Linz was on a channel called DHD? Wasn´t it. That was later.

A little bit more than an hour and one of the most important shows of BS 24 begins: Will they continue to be as hot like last night or was that just a big tease to push the Pervcam? A one-shot for attention?
From time to time that was very risky even under liberal German rules. I think they were just (but VERY just) under the level were they could get in trouble. So maybe this was a shot at getting attention.

I said it before: If something was really bad last night it was the excessive advertising of the Pervcam. Every ten minutes she had to grab the microphone and speak the same sentences over and over again.

BTW: Of course the producers have the last word on what is shown but I strongly believe that Samy Fox herself had an important part in the hotness last night. She really took command from time to time. She argued a lot with the people behind the camera and even instructed the cameraman. She signalled a lot of times that she wants to be filmed from an angle above so that you can see her pussy instead of the side-view
She seems to be one of those rare girls who really wants to satisfy the viewers and do a good show.

I do not know about DHD. TV6 broadcast from what was named the 'Sexodrom' in Linz. The guy who fronted it - Peter ?? (who ended up behind bars) - was always drunk. Maybe 'brothel' was a bit unfair but I'm sure that went on there as well as the lap-dances, HC-peepshows (which they originally broadcast) and the HC-liveshows (Steffi and Boris on a couch) also broadcast. Maybe that was on Hotbird. I do not remember now.

You are probably right about what will happen this evening. Like I said lightning does not strike twice in the same spot. But, yes, it's a dangerous game if you build something up and fail to deliver later. But they also know what there is no similar service for the German-speaker. Some will be hooked even if they put a phone in front of that waving monkey that makes an ocassional appearance.

I could swear that this ran on a digital channel named DHD over Astra. Maybe they were broadcasted over multiple channels.

At least it will be interesting how they talk themselves out of it if they decide to go soft again. They are very active the last days in the chat. Of course they don´t react to critics and if they do it boils down to "If you are not satisfied with what we show on TV then pay for the Pervcam".
Like I said they can never write or say again "It´s not allowed to be naked". They destroyed that excuse yesterday.
And of course if they don´t spread their legs for short times even on TV and walk fully naked full frontal through the studio without handpussy like last night there will be complaints and questions.
