That section (Broadcasting Regs) has certainly been a lively part of the forum overnight. A couple of contenders for me for post of the night, include:
a) another of nailpouchofmine's posts where after not understanding one of eccles' posts, he politely & diplomatically asked him the following; "Are you just writing for writings sake Eccles,what the fuck are you taking about?"
b) A post by RCTV (which I notice caught your attention too, Vostok) where 'she' appears to be suggesting a 9pm bedtime-curfew should be applied to the adult population.
