Service Interruption

The speed appears to be directly proportional to the number of users - its great between around 3am and some time mid-morning while the number of users is lower. Perhaps we could organise it so that the 7,700 members can access the site in shifts...

about 12 seconds per person per day, with my notoriously slow connection anyway I wouldn't even get past the first screen. Can't we get a few more to leave and then we might get 30 seconds each.

But you're overlooking the increasing amount of 'guests'

Surely it's a case of 'you're not on the list, you're not coming in' (unless they bring one of the girls with them).

I still cannot access this site with its normal address. I get 404 page not found error.
Cannot read some pms that have been sent to me.
I am having to use
http://174.133.5.18/~babevide/
for access and it is very slow.
The display is also the simple version not the normal one.
Has anyone else got the same problem?

Not having the same issues here TheWatcher. I am currently able to access the site through the normal address and havent had any problems with pm's and it has been like this since late yesterday. Only issues I have encountered are the sluggish nature of the site, and the odd Internal Server error.

same here doc7576 but at 4am and 8am speed was instantly and no errors but only 40 then 60 people in the forum but 10am with 150 people in it was getting slow hope admin can sort this out

When I click on Private messages at top of page, all I see is a message from admin saying bulletin board is closed. Cant get to my mailbox which has 3 new pms in that I cant read.
