AS for boob jobs,sheep following sheep comes to mind,not strong enough to realise they don't really need them,but this is the industry their in, got to follow and conform to the said rules.SAD.

imho ...isn't it all relative ....live and let live ?
sometimes I feel a tattoo(s) can be inappropriately placed/be too big ; sometimes it doesn't bother me
- again only in my opinion -artificially enlarged tits sometimes can be well done, nicely shaped, appropriate to the body size.
And sometimes they aren't.
I sympathise with the view that no-one should ever feel compelled to have the procedure done to be successful in their industry.
But sadly I don't see that there is any way to ever completely eliminate the combination of peer pressure / insecurity / market forces that presumably drives this trend ?
Pity poor David Dimbleby : even he felt he had to do it at his time of life, so presumably there's no hope for us lesser mortals
