Chael sonnen just got his ban cut in half, from what i've read he turned up with a shady doctor that said he had a medical condition that needed testosterone treatment, so he has only been punished with failing to file the required paper work. bullshit, if mma wants to be taken seriously they need to cut shit like this out. especially bad after sonnen mouthed off on Lance armstrong and accused him of giving himself cancer through PED's.

I've not seen TUF Final yet as i forgot to record it so i'll have to watch it at 23:00 tonight so as far as this thread goes i'll see you tomorrow, i don't wanna know the results, it was hard enough trying not to see the reviews while searching for these vids.

well i haven't followed TUF this season so wasn't much interested, watched maia-groove this morning, went as expected maia controlled it all on the ground and groove was better for the time they were stood up.

some crazy knock outs in strikeforce, normally might get one of those a night not three back to back. Lawler was class standing up before the ref stopped it and straightening his legs
