Why would an operation with such obviously limited funds get involved in such a deal? Unless the real owner is unable or really unwilling to be the name on company houses' books.
Regardless, none there currently seem in any way likely to turn RLC around. A radically different regime might be the only possible saviour but, as winsaw said, who in their right mind would want such an utterly tarnished name?
Yep that how it's looking Tilley simply a frontman getting a nice payment for putting his name as a director, dose explain why it didn't fit in with all his other companies,
I don't believe they where at rlc with Phil could be wrong but sure he owned it till 2 years ago, I could not get the owners name, seams they don't want to many knowing that rlc is there's,
And agree mate, think it needs a hands on owner as if it comes back as this franchise model again it only lets who ever is running it fail with out any issues to them,

RLC TV Limited was first incorporated on the 15th of November 2015.
Phil Barry became the Director of RLC on the 15th of November 2015, he resigned on the 17th of October 2016,
Mr Antony Paul Horton Tilley was appointed Director on the 22nd of December 2015, he is still a Director.
Laura MacRow was appointed as a Director on the 3rd of March 2017, she resigned on the 1st of November 2017
Info here https://companycheck.co.uk/company/09878...ecretaries
I can't find any info anywhere that shows any other people being Directors of RLC other than the the 3 people i have just mentioned, or any other owners other than Phil and Horton Tilly .
The Original Owner/Shareholder of RLC TV Limited was Pumpkin Film Productions Limited
Like i posted in a previous post the current person who has significant control of RLC, and is the owner/shareholder of RLC TV Limited according to official companies house records is Antony Paul Horton Tilley info here https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/compa...nt-control
If he is just a front man putting his name as a Director, then why do official companies house records show him as having 75% or more of the shares and the only active person having significant control of the company ?

Good info mate, but the info I have is 100% Tilley is nothing to do with rlc,
Yes just a name on the records as the real owner of the brand wants there's kept off everything,
I don't know how companies work re the shares but do know he's never had a thing to do with rlc,
My guess the holding company don't own the brand but this individual does so in reality Tilly my have 75% of not very much, seams to me the holding company is there as a buffer to keep the guy who's really incharge out of things

RE: Red Light Central - Web Show - Chat & Discussion
little bit more info i have got,
Laura operated rlc through her other company JML productions were she is the sole owner, so basically a management company running the franchise,
RLC TV LTD is a dormant company so doesn’t operate, so guess the company that actually owns rlc is called something else
