I'm not a fan of b/g and have noticed in some of their freeviews that there seems to be a lot of chatting between the men. FFS!

The shows are usually broken up into parts, you'll get 2 freeview sections which are there to tease people into getting the show and you may get one or two breaks while the show is on. You can't really expect them to go 4 hours straight. What tends to happen, especially for G/G is you'll get some interaction between them and then one will be on screen and then the other so the break is like that.
