From reading this it sound to me like a group of people scared to have their own point of view and opinion and think its easier to gang up on a member and turn this into another usual thread for insults and arguments, Just because some of you disagree with SB does not mean it is ok to insult...

You see what was intended and meant as a throwaway light banter of a comment such as saying you English are xenophobic towards the Scottish has been taken and ripped completely out of context.

The funny thing is members such as Rammy who to my knowledge barely post comment on this Thread then all of a sudden decided to join in with the lynch mob whenever he see's I'm under attack, so this always play the victim card works both ways doesn't it

For those members who have decided to launch an attack on me you really ought to go back and read my posts again properly. Not once did I ever say that I hated the English, I said that I hated the establishment in place which is completely different.

That's the type of Government we now have running this Country which is why it was so important for Scotland to break away from this type of politics and put the hands solely back into the hands of the Scottish people. Many of my sound and balanced comments have not been read.

Are two very nasty pieces of work. Typical of the BROWN shirts of the SNP.

With them the implied menace of threat is always there.

A country with such as they as founding fathers would be the prelude to a thuggish, bullying gang like cartel.

LIKE Mexico, Russia and Syria.

And the majority of my country men in Scotland agree with me.

I was just about to post a rather eloquent riposte to Scottishbloke about the importance of tempering our language and moderating the aggression of our posts and yadda yadda yadda

And then I read this.

Your last couple of posts, Stemmata, have really taken the wind out of my sails. It kind of blows my whole thesis that -- but for a few unnecessarily provocative posts from Scottishbloke -- this whole thread would have (more or less) stayed within the bounds of reasonable debate.

But those are some truly breathtakingly ignorant comments that -- to top it all off -- aren't even historically accurate. Wow.

^^^Not to mention the fact that The Silent Majority has is no way linked himself to the SNP as far as I can see. In fact if anything he seems to be in favour of a united UK. Perhaps its time that this thread was put to bed now. The vote has been cast and democratic voting has provided the result.

I noticed how you have somehow managed to dodge the bullet stemmata but I'm not letting you off the hook so easily.

Please explain to us how the SNP could possibly be compared to the Nazi Party.

To answer you second question, if the vote has been counted unfairly then a re-election could be declared in the interests of democracy and fairness.

The fact is the police are now being called into investigate this possible vote rigging scandal. I'll accept losing but only if it's fair, if cheating has come into play then expect a massive protest in which we'll force the Government into calling for a second Referendum.
