Anyone on Twitter needs to go and have a look at @toadmeister it a guy called Toby Young, who's done a big peace on why the NHS needs to stop treating the old and already sick and just let them die as that's better for the country economic in the long run, saying if they survive Corona they will not continued enough to the economy to payback there cair before they die anyway in a few years, it's really scary right wing thinking and even more scary that lots of people are agreeing with him , he basically want to pretend Corona is not happening and just carry on as usual saying we will be in a better place as the week in the county will be gone so those left will have more money and a better life, it's shocking to see this stuff,

When you look at what happened in Italy how their death shot up so quickly, what are the chances that we will get a spike in deaths like they did? I know that their population was more elderly but I would think ours probably isn't that far behind them. And how have Germany managed to record such low numbers in cases & deaths? hat have they been doing that we haven' been doing? I know all their borders are closed that must be a contributory factor.

gonna take weeks because most people die after weeks on a ventilator saying peak will be about easter sunday but can see it till early - mid may before it comes down in large enough numbers

^^ peak of the virus and death rate are separate becouse as u say it's a slow killer, Italy had its peak this week but will still see a high death rate for weeks to come from those already affected but as less and less new people are now going to get affected give it 4-6 weeks and the death toll will be much lower,
They still saying we are 2-3 weeks behind Italy so.that would mean it would peak for us in 3rd week of April

they are totally bullshitting they are claiming lack of testing because lack of the reagent used in the test and the chemicals industry have said there is no shortage and the govt havent even talked to them about what they can do to produce more here

starting to think they are letting the old die so they can get rid of the social care crisis

I have seen projected figures for the US 240,000 don't know if that's true or not

They are definitely planning this as they go along as well. If the chemical industries are saying there is "no problem" with the kits, why the hell aren't they out there testing? every second that no test is made, another life, young or old, will be lost.

The government needs to really grab this thing by thr scruff of the neck or they will have to live with the consequences of not testing sooner.
