Turns out to be a series after all. He revisited various "former Yugoslav" hotspots to see how things are now, and relive the horrid times in the 90s (his low point being kidnapped and nearly shot in the head). The grim picture is that some areas have whitewashed what really happened.

David Pratt again, though this was from 2020, so maybe I should have looked more closely when he made the other two. This was an area he covered off & on from the 1980s on, and he was moved to be back and see how things had changed (of course they've changed a whole lot more since then).
