RE: BabestationX - the webshow
Also enjoying all the uncut bits of old Babeshows in between. Much better than the rubbish movies.
Looking forward to Dionne tomorrow....
Also I reckon Savanah, Lacey, Brooke etc could all do good shows under these conditions now.
I have been a critic in the past, but these seeems much better....

Interesting.... the fact they Preeti must have said 25 times how the show now is totally unresticted due to being on the internet, makes me wonder. I assumed like Sexstation, they could do anything they like.... We will soon know after tonights show I guess...! Or at worse next Wednesday!
Hoping your wrong Mr Mystery but I know you are pretty switched on on these things.....
BSX like Sex Station is totally unrestricted as it is now on the net only, but due to the fact that the show was advertised/promoted on the unencrypted regular phone in babe channels means that it should only show content what can be legally shown on encrypted TV, as far as i know free to air babe channels cannot by law promote or give links that lead directly or indirectly to hard core material . The BSX web show isn't breaking the rules but the free to air babe channels could be for promoting hard core R18 material if any was shown .
I'm not that clued up on the rules i just read Ofcom bulletins when they find channels in breach, a babe channel licencee was recently found in breach for advertising a website on the free to air babe channels, the website itself didn't show hard core imagery but it gave a link to another website that did contain hard core imagery, so Ofcom found them in breach for advertising a website that indirectly gives links to hard core sites .
Studio 66 were recently found in breach for advertising on TV links to hard core R18 imagery that you can download to you're mobile phone, even though you can only access these images by adult verified mobile phone Ofcom still found them in breach as you cannot advertise R18 material on unencrypted babe channels, Ofcom also stated they didn't recognise adult verified mobile phones as suitable protection to ensure under 18's can't assess hard core R18 adult material ..
BS need to be careful of what types of shows they are advertising on the free to air channels or they could end up with the authorities putting pressure on them like BS say happened with the BSX freeview channel .
All this may be different for BS/BSX as they are not regulated by Ofcom on some of the free to air babe channels, some are Dutch regulated that they promote the show on and the website is also Dutch, but the TV channels still have to abide by UK TV laws on the promotion of hard core sites .
Life is short . Break the rules, Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably, and never regret anything that made you smile .
