England needed 14 off the last over, but some excellent yorker bowling mean't that England needed 10 to win off the last 2 balls.
The 5th ball was another top yorker which Woakes could only turn out to the leg side. Sri Lanka thought that England just get 2 runs at best but Plunkett came back for a 3rd run which he made thanks to a dive into the crease.
Therefore England needed 7 to win but Plunkett hit a six off the last ball to tie the scores.

Yes and a superb advert for the 50 over format. Amazing to tie when Sri Lanka seemed to have the match won on several occasions.

England's ladies had a big win over Pakistan ladies.

England batted first and score 379 in their 50 overs. Both openers made centuries.
In reply Pakistan made 166 in 47.4 overs
